You will need 2 images, a bold title, 3-5 sentence description of the occupation, responsibilities, qualifications (education, skills, experience), rate of pay, mailing address (where to apply), and deadline for application. To end the ad you will need a 2-3 sentence catcher (a positive jingle saying to catch the applicant’s attention and get them to want to apply.
